1. Project Initiation & Payment

Upfront Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any project work begins.

Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full upon project completion, prior to the website going live or the final handover of assets.

Payment Method: All transactions are processed securely via PayPal.

2. Design & Revisions

Included Revisions: To ensure your satisfaction, we provide 2 Major Rounds of Revisions. This includes changes to layout, color schemes, or structure based on your feedback.

Additional Changes: Any revision requests beyond the initial two rounds will be quoted and billed separately as additional work.

3. Managed Hosting & 24/7 Support

Priority Support: Clients who host their websites with Scripto Agency receive 24/7 Dedicated Support. We are available around the clock to resolve any hosting-related technical issues.

Service Availability: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Scripto Agency is not liable for indirect losses caused by unexpected third-party server outages.

4. Client Responsibilities

Content Provision: The client is responsible for providing all text, high-resolution images, and branding materials.

Copyright: The client must ensure they have the legal right to use all provided content. Scripto Agency is not liable for any copyright infringements resulting from client-provided materials.

5. Project Timeline

Feedback: Timely feedback is crucial. If a project is delayed by more than 14 days due to a lack of client response, the project may be moved to “On Hold” status and may incur a restart fee.

6. Ownership

Final Handover: Full ownership of the website design is transferred to the client only after the final payment has been received. Scripto Agency retains the right to showcase the completed work in our professional portfolio.
