Overview
Taste Of Lahore Ealing is a restaurant in Ealing, United Kingdom. The restaurant needed a website where customers could see the menu, check opening hours, find the location, and get in touch. I designed and built it from scratch, and I still manage the restaurant’s domain, hosting, and email.
The Challenge
The focus was a straightforward restaurant website, not online ordering or table reservations. The site needed to be clear and professional, make the menu, opening hours, location, and contact details easy to find, and give customers a way to ask about catering. The site also had to work on both desktop and mobile.
What I Did
I designed the website from scratch in WordPress and Elementor instead of customizing an existing template. I organized it around what customers look for when choosing a restaurant: the menu, opening hours, location, and contact details. I added a map in the footer so people can find the restaurant, and a catering inquiry form where customers can send their requirements. I also added a Gallery page with food and interior photos, and a Careers page where the restaurant lists open roles. The layout works across desktop and mobile.
Result
I delivered the website in seven days. Since then I have managed the restaurant’s domain and hosting, along with two Google Workspace email accounts.
