A full backup, Wordfence, automatic updates switched on, and any urgent problems fixed.
Every month
Updates run and backups stay fresh. When something breaks or you need a change, you message us.

How Fast Do We Respond to WordPress Problems?
Usually within 1 to 2 hours. If your site is down, hacked, or customers can’t log in or pay, we drop what we’re doing and start straight away.
There’s no ticket system and no support desk in between. You message us, and the developer on your site fixes it.

How Are Backups and Security Handled?
Wordfence guards the site, and there are always 15 days of backups to fall back on.
- Security: firewall and malware scans. If something gets in, the cleanup is on us.
- Backups: host backups, plus a manual backup before big changes.
- Restore: if an update or a hack breaks the site, we roll back to the last clean copy, then fix what caused it.

Is hosting included?
No. You keep your current host, and our plans cover maintenance and support. If your hosting is slowing the site down, we’ll tell you. Need hosting too? See our hosting and domain service.
What counts as a small fix?
Things like a broken layout, a form that stopped sending, a login or payment problem, or changing some text and images. New pages, redesigns and new features are quoted separately.
Do you look after sites you didn't build?
Yes. Most of the sites we maintain are ones we built, but every new site starts with a free review, so we know what we’re working with.
