You get full WordPress admin access. If you need FTP access, just ask and we’ll set it up. Server access stays with us, since that’s what lets us keep everything running.

4 Years Hosting Client Websites
For 4 years, we’ve hosted around 10 client websites on our own server. Our founder, Tahseen Abdullah, looks after each one personally.
Most of these clients came to us for a website, not hosting. They didn’t want to compare plans, learn DNS or open a support ticket every time something broke. We took that work off their hands, and they’ve stayed with us since.
One problem we fix again and again: contact forms that don’t send email. The site looks fine, but leads never reach the inbox. We connect WP Mail SMTP to the client’s own business mailbox, so form emails go out through a real, authenticated account and land where they should.
That’s the whole service: we take care of the small technical jobs that stop a business site from working.

How much does your WordPress hosting cost?
What is managed WordPress hosting?
It means someone else runs the server for you. With regular hosting, you buy a plan and handle setup, SSL, email and server problems yourself. With us, we handle all of that and you only work inside WordPress.
Is managed hosting the same as WordPress maintenance?
No. Hosting looks after the server. Maintenance looks after WordPress itself, and you can add it for $80/month.
What happens if an update breaks something on my site?
We fix it for $25/hour. On our maintenance plan, the fix costs nothing extra.
Can you move my site from my current host?
Do I need to buy a domain first?
No. We connect the domain you have, or register a new one for you.
Do I get FTP or hosting panel access?
We set up FTP whenever you ask. The hosting panel stays with us.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, there’s no contract. If you leave, we give you a complete backup of your site and help you move it and your domain to your new host.
